The pipeline

What happens before a property page goes live.

Every property submitted by a partner moves through the same four steps before it can appear publicly.

  1. 1

    Submission review

We check for completeness, duplication risk, and obvious inconsistencies in price, area or location.

  2. 2

    Structure & enrichment

Property is mapped to a locality, project (if any) and verification status. Legal-trust fields are recorded.

  3. 3

    Trust badges applied

Where applicable, RERA, JDA and verified-owner / verified-builder badges are attached to the listing.

  4. 4

    Public publish

Listing goes live with badges + disclaimers. Inquiries route through Jaipur Housing first.

What we review

The verification surface, broken down by check type.

Verification covers four layers. Each layer surfaces a different signal on the public property page.

Listing quality

Title, description, code, area, configuration and possession context are checked for completeness and consistency.

  • Duplicate detection
  • Missing-field flags
  • Photo quality cues

Partner context

We check who is presenting the property — owner, dealer, broker, or builder — and attach the corresponding seller type.

Regulatory references

RERA number, JDA approval and registry references are recorded when provided. Buyers can verify on the relevant government portal.

Document cues

Document availability is surfaced. Actual document review remains the buyer's responsibility with their advisors.

What verification means

And what it does not mean.

  • Verified ≠ certified

A reviewed property has presentation and structure checks, not a legal title certificate.

  • Verified ≠ guaranteed

Verification does not guarantee future appreciation, rental yield, or builder timelines.

  • Verified can change

Price, availability and seller context evolve — buyers should reconfirm during inquiry.

  • Buyers still verify independently

Title, encumbrance, and approvals should be reviewed with the buyer's own legal counsel.

What buyers should still do

A short due-diligence checklist before any large decision.

  • Verify RERA registration directly on the Rajasthan RERA portal.
  • Ask for and review original title, sale-deed and encumbrance documents.
  • Confirm JDA / municipal approvals where applicable.
  • Check the loanability of the property with your bank.
  • Visit the site at the time of day that matters to you.
