These terms explain the limits of Jaipur Housing's public discovery, premium partner onboarding, inquiry handling and property information.

Platform role

Jaipur Housing is a Jaipur-focused property discovery and managed inquiry platform. It helps users explore public properties, projects, localities, guides and partner/buyer inquiry handling.

Jaipur Housing is not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, technical, valuation, architectural, loan or investment advice.

Managed inquiry model

Jaipur Housing may route buyer, seller, NRI, investor, builder, support and partnership inquiries through private review.

Public seller or builder contact details may remain private by default. Inquiry submission does not guarantee response time, property availability, seller routing or transaction success.

Property and partner review

Partner requests, property information, project information, media, documents or verification details may be reviewed by Jaipur Housing before public display or promotion.

Jaipur Housing may reject, delay, edit, de-prioritize or remove property presentations that appear duplicate, low quality, unverifiable, misleading, incomplete, outside Jaipur focus or unsuitable for the platform direction.

Property information

Public listing details may include property title, price labels, locality, project, amenities, area, possession status, media, RERA/JDA references, seller context or descriptive copy.

Such information may change, may be incomplete, and should be independently verified by the buyer before making any decision.

Buyer responsibility

Buyers should independently verify title, ownership, approvals, RERA/JDA status, mutation, encumbrance, possession, builder credibility, society status, site condition, utilities, loan eligibility, taxes, stamp duty and registration costs.

Do not rely only on public listing content, guide pages, messages, calls or marketing descriptions for final decisions.

Investment and return language

Jaipur Housing may discuss growth corridors, appreciation potential, locality direction or investor interest as discovery context.

Jaipur Housing does not guarantee appreciation, rental yield, resale value, liquidity, return on investment, buyer demand or future market performance.

Phase 1 partner services

Jaipur Housing Phase 1 supports free partner registration, seller workspace access, property showcase setup, project presentation where available, document sharing and team review before a public showcase.

Any future commercial services will remain separate from Phase 1 approval, trust, listing quality and legal compliance requirements.

Prohibited or restricted use

  • Do not submit fake, duplicate, misleading or unauthorized property information.
  • Do not impersonate owners, builders, brokers, agencies or buyers.
  • Do not upload or send sensitive documents through public text fields.
  • Do not use the platform to spam buyers, sellers or Jaipur Housing users.
  • Do not rely on the platform as final legal, financial or investment due diligence.
